Symphony Village Residents,

The Board of Directors Meeting and a Special Meeting of the Members are scheduled for today Wednesday, June 4, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. Those who wish to attend may do so in the Concert Hall or via Zoom.

The purpose of the Special Meeting of the Members is to elect one new member to the Board to fill a recent vacancy.  Pursuant to the Articles of Incorporation, a Director elected through this process will serve the remainder of the vacant term – in this case through December 2026.

The Board of Directors meeting agenda is available below online. The reference material is available on the Governance page of the official Symphony Village Website (click here). The reference material includes Committee recommendations and other documents that may be considered for motions by the Board of Directors.
