Symphony Village Residents,

The next Board of Directors Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, May 7, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. Those who wish to attend may do so in the Concert Hall or via Zoom.

The meeting agenda is available below and online. Reference material will be available on the Governance page of the official Symphony Village Website (click here). The reference material will include Committee recommendations and other documents that may be considered for motions by the Board of Directors.

  3. EMF25-043 – CC forward owner req for approval of existing river rock in common area & lot
  4. Emeral Ash Borer Treatment – L&I recmd bi-annual treatment of Ash trees by Bartlett for $6,280
  5. Stormwater Pond Mgt Contract – Ops recmd renewal of LakeSource LLC annual contract for $380 per month w/ a one time phragmite treatment for $650
  6. Fire Lane Painting – Ops recmd repainting fire lanes by Angel’s Painting for NTE $1,300
  7. A/V System Upgrade RFI – Ops req approval to release RFI for consultant/advisor to determine anticipated long-term costs for upgrades to A/V system in preparation for 2026 budget
  8. 2024 Daft Audit – B&F recmd approval of the 2024 audit drafted by Goldklang Group, CPAs
  9. 2025-2026 Audit & Tax Preparation Contract – B&F recmd renewal contract w/ Goldklang
