Symphony Village Residents,

Montgomery Irrigation is scheduled to be on-site from Monday, March 10, through Thursday, March 13, to begin filling the irrigation system. Please do not be alarmed if you observe the system running near your home during this time.

This is a preliminary start-up phase, during which Montgomery Irrigation will carefully monitor the system for leaks, broken irrigation heads, and any other issues. While some zones may not function as expected, rest assured that any concerns will be promptly noted and addressed by the contractor in the weeks to follow.

The landscaping and irrigation contractors will work closely together to ensure that mulching efforts are not disrupted during the start-up process.

Once the preliminary start-up and repairs are complete, and at an appropriate time for the season, residents will have the opportunity to observe the plant bed and turf zones running on their property. Each zone will run for approximately five (5) minutes. Residents can report any concerns to the Management Office. This will be part of the “irrigation audit.”

Following the audit, any final repairs and adjustments will be made, and the regular irrigation schedule will begin, marking the start of the irrigation season.

Dates and run times will be shared as soon as they are available.
