Draft of the Updated Awning Fabric/Color Book

During the past several months the Covenants Committee and a few other residents have been working on updating the Awning Fabric/Color Book.

A draft of the Book is now complete and will be on the agenda for the March 12th Covenants Committee for a vote.   The draft is available for the perusal by all residents at the HOA Management Desk during business hours (M-F - 8-4:30 pm).

Please stop by and take a look and send any comments to the Covenants Committee Chair, Jane Diepenbrock, at mathtutor2pir@PROTECTED or attend the Covenants Committee meeting at 1:00 PM on March 12th in the Concert Hall.  

After the book receives approval from the Covenants Committee, it will be sent to the Board of Directors for their approval.  Once the updated book is approved by both the Covenants Committee and the Board, it will be used as the guide for Awning EMFs. 

This is only a draft and has not yet been approved. This is available for review/feedback only.
