Please take a moment to review the following reminders:

Clubhouse Parking:
Vehicles belonging to residents and guests may not be parked overnight or left in the Clubhouse parking lots. It is especially important that vehicles not be parked or left in the Clubhouse parking lots when winter precipitation is forecasted or during a winter weather event. Vehicles in the parking lot can impede the contractor, making snow removal and ice treatment more difficult and time-consuming.  

Clubhouse Hours:
The Clubhouse is open from 5:00 am to 11:00 pm daily. When using the Clubhouse in the evening, please be mindful of the time and be sure to leave the Clubhouse no later than 11:00 pm. If you’re an early riser, please do not attempt to access the Clubhouse before 5:00 am.

If you are in the Clubhouse between 11:00 pm and 5:00 am, the motion detectors will trigger an alarm, and the police will be dispatched immediately. Symphony Village HOA Management and resident first responders will also be contacted to meet the police onsite.

Pet Reminders:
Please pick up after your pets and always keep them on a leash, regardless of weather conditions or cold temperatures.

Residents are responsible for picking up and properly disposing of pet waste from the common areas as well as their yards.

Pets should not be let out of the house unleashed at any time and must always be under the control of an individual.

Common Area Maintenance:

Residents are not to prune or remove trees or shrubs located in the common area. If there is a concern about a common area tree or landscaping issue, please submit a work order via the official community website or by clicking here.
