Clubhouse Closure for Carpet Replacement – Week of January 27

Symphony Village HOA Residents:

At the December 4 meeting, the Board of Directors approved a proposal from Island Floors to replace the carpet in all carpeted areas of the Clubhouse, except the Fitness Center and Locker Room Hallway.

The carpet replacement is scheduled to be completed Monday, January 27 through Friday, January 31. All areas of the Clubhouse EXCEPT the Indoor Pool, Spa, Locker Rooms and Fitness Center will be closed from 8:00 am on Monday, January 27, through 4:30 pm on Friday, January 31 to facilitate the work.

Residents should use the Fitness Center or Indoor Pool door only during the closure. All other areas and access doors to the Clubhouse will be closed to residents.

The Management Office will be reachable by phone at 410-758-8500  and email during the partial closure. Please do not hesitate to contact the office with any questions or concerns.
