Symphony Village Residents,

Due to inclement weather, the Clubhouse is closed until further notice. For your safety, please do not attempt to access the Clubhouse, parking lots, or surrounding sidewalks while the closure is in effect. The Clubhouse will reopen once the areas are clear, and hazardous conditions have been addressed.

The Association’s snow removal contractor, Chester River Landscaping (CLR), is expected to begin snow removal when the precipitation has stopped. CLR will be dispatched if the snow accumulation exceeds 3 inches in depth on hard surfaces. Please continue to monitor your email for updates on snow removal efforts.

If/when dispatched, CLR will clear and treat the walkways to residents’ front doors, residential driveways, an area in front of the cluster mailboxes, the Clubhouse parking lots, and access sidewalks surrounding the Clubhouse.

The Town of Centreville is responsible for clearing the streets within the community. Queen Anne’s County is responsible for clearing Taylor Mill Road.

Several key points to keep in mind are as follows:

• Sidewalks, driveways, and asphalt may become slick or icy in some spots.
   
• If you must leave your home, please use extreme caution and be mindful of potentially icy/slick areas when walking or driving in the community.
   
• The Board of Directors, the General Manager, and CLR will continue to monitor snow accumulation and the forecast frequently.
   
• Vehicles should not be parked or left in the Clubhouse parking lots, as they may impede snow removal efforts.
