If you had an EMF approved in 2024, and the work has been completed, and the Covenants Committee has not completed a final review, please contact the HOA management office (410-758-8500 or tsarris@PROTECTED). This is only for EMF request forms that you have submitted.

The Covenants Committee will contact you to schedule and complete the final review.

This is the final step in the Exterior Modification process.

The Committee is trying to close out all 2024 EMFs that have been completed.
