Dear Symphony Village HOA Residents,

At the December 4, 2024, Board of Directors meeting the proposed revisions to the Terms of Reference Document were approved. The Terms of Reference document outlines the critical role committees and other groups play in the community. It also provides an overview of various committee operations and contains important association policies and procedures.

The revisions incorporate ideas and comments from former board and committee members from past document review sessions. Additionally, the draft includes new suggestions from current residents, committees, and board members. Thank you to all who contributed and provided valuable feedback! A special thank you to the 2024 Board of Directors for their invaluable role in this effort.

The updated document is now effective and is available on the Governance page of the official community website or by CLICKING HERE.
