Greetings Symphony Village Residents,

The option to opt out of all front bed services at your home is now available for the 2025 landscape season. The front bed contracted services include but are not limited to spring edging, mulching, and fertilization/weed treatment spring application and a shrub pruning in the front beds. If you choose to opt out of the front bed services, no contracted front bed landscape services will be completed at your home during the 2025 season.

The form is available online by CLICKING HERE. If you wish to opt out of 2025, please submit a completed form to the Management Office no later than Monday, January 27, 2025.

A paper copy of the completed form may be returned to the Management Office at the front desk, by email to agm@symphonyvillagehoa.com or via postal mail to 100 Symphony Way, Centreville, MD 21617.

To maintain a cohesive appearance throughout the community, the 2025 opt out procedure does not include the option to opt out of contracted turf services. These services include mowing, fertilization, and weed treatments/chemical applications of the residential and common are turn. Residents may, however, contract an outside service to complete additional turf treatments at their expense.
