As you plan your exterior projects, please remember to fill out an Exterior Modification Form (EMF). If you would like your EMF to be reviewed and considered by the Covenants Committee at its November meeting, the EMF must be submitted to the HOA Management Desk by November 6th.
This is according to the Architectural Requirements document, which states "All applications must be received a minimum of one week before the Covenants Committee monthly meeting, to be considered at that meeting." The Covenants Committee meets the second Wednesday of every month, so as a rule of thumb, all EMFs should be submitted by the first Wednesday of the month to be considered at the next meeting.
Both downloadable EMFs and online EMFs may be found on the main page of www.symphonyvillage.net for your use. You may use either one of those forms. Once the EMF is completed, please either send it to agm@symphonyvillagehoa.com or drop it off at the HOA Management desk in the clubhouse.
If you choose to use the online form, there will be a submit button, which will automatically get it to the proper place. If you have any questions about the form, please contact either the HOA Management Office (410-758-8500) or a member of the Covenants Committee.
Please remember not to begin any work or order any non-returnable merchandise until your project has been approved. Thank you.
