Connect and Reflect
Dear Symphony Villagers:
Please join us this Wednesday evening 9/18 at 6:30 for Mary Jo, John and Vinny’s “Connect and Reflect” by the fireplace at the Clubhouse. We will discuss a page from coach Tony Dungy’s ‘Daily Challenge’ book.
Our topic is “The importance of friendships in our senior years.”
Studies show that friendship is instrumental in creating a healthy lifestyle as we age. Studies of adults 65 and over found that having friends in old age is linked to higher levels of happiness and life satisfaction. Let’s all share about the benefits of friendships during our senior years and why these relationships are vital to a healthy life.
We will meet on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month. Come and join us for a delightful and open discussion. Hope to see many of you there.
