HOME INSPECTION UPDATE –
September 9, 2024
Dear Symphony Village Residents:
Thank you again to all those who have taken action to improve the appearance of their home and property!
This is a reminder that the third-party inspection company, HOA Inspection Services, is contracted to inspect all 395 homes within the community. The initial inspection of ALL homes has been completed.
If your home is on one of the streets listed below, the third-party inspection company prepared inspection notices on September 7, 2024.

- Orchestra Pl
- Overture Way
- Sonata Way
- Symphony Way
Letters containing the inspection results are being mailed via postal mail by the third-party inspection company. If you receive a notice in the mail containing findings, please follow the instructions outlined in the letter. If you do NOT receive a letter, no action is needed.
Notices for homes on the streets listed below were mailed on August 7, 2024.

If you received a letter and have corrected the findings, thank you, no additional action is needed. The correction(s) will be verified upon reinspection. If you did NOT receive a letter, no action is needed.
