The reference materials include Committee recommendations and other documents that may be considered for motions by the Board of Directors.

   2. Paint Color Addition – CC recmd adding SW ‘Butterfield’ as approved paint color for front doors
   3. Awing Fabric Addition – CC recmd adding several fabric samples to the pre-approved binder
   4. Bare Area Restoration – L&I recmd turf resto by LGL in swale behind 141-149 Concerto for $2,207
   5. 2025 IPM Program – L&I recmd continuing program 2x a month at $1,072 per visit or $25,729/year
   6. Crabgrass & Nutsedge Treatment – L&I recmd supplemental treatment by LGL for $8,460
