This is a reminder that the next Board of Directors Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, June 5, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. Those who wish to attend may do so via Zoom or in the Concert Hall.

The meeting agenda is available below and online. Reference material will be available before the meeting on the Governance page of the official Symphony Village Website (click here). The reference materials include Committee recommendations and other documents that may be considered for motions by the Board of Directors.

1. 2024 Committee Members List Updates – approval of changes to membership
2. Bare Area Restoration w/ Curlex – L&I recmd turf restoration by LGL in 2 common areas for $4,001
3. Bare Area Restoration w/ River Rock – L&I recmd SWC install rock in 4 common areas for $4,425
4. Dead/Dying Tree Removal RFP – L&I req authorization to seek bids for common area tree removals
5. Street Tree Replacement RFP – L&I req authorization to seek bids to replace 3+ street trees
6. Door, Shutter& Trim Painting – GM recmd painting & touch up on exterior for NTE $3k
7. Lobby Painting/Interior Redesign Phase 1 – Ops recmd painting ceiling & millwork for NTE $8k
8. Indoor Pool Water Quality & Envir. – Ops recmd to install ClearComfort system asap for NTE $10k
9. Spa Water Quality & Envir. – Ops recmd to convert to chlorine & add ClearComfort for NTE $11k
10. Nomination Committee – assign BOD Liaison for Nomination Committee & begin recruitment, etc.
