Symphony Village HOA Residents,

As you may be aware, the Association holds a session to review the Terms of Reference and Rules & Regulations documents with committee principals and board members each year. This year the session will be held on Wednesday, May 29 at 1:30 pm in the Concert Hall and via Zoom. Former Board Presidents, Pat Fox and Dave Peterson will facilitate the session.

The Terms of Reference document outlines the critical role committees and other groups play in the community. The document also contains various committee and association policies and procedures. The current document can be found on the Governance page of the official community website or by clicking here.

Over the past several months ideas and comments that were penned by former board and committee members during past sessions, along with new suggestions have been incorporated into an initial draft. The session will include a review of the proposed revisions made to date.

Following the Terms of Reference session, committee principals will be asked to review the portion of the document specific to their committee at their next meeting and provide any other feedback. After any recommendations from the committees are received and reviewed by the Board they will be incorporated into the draft. After those edits have been completed, the Association’s attorney will review the entire document before its presentation to the homeowners. Finally, any additional comments will be considered and incorporated at the board's discretion before they vote on the final document.

The Terms of Reference session on Wednesday, May 29 at 1:30 pm is open to all residents to observe.
