The next Board of Directors Meeting is scheduled for, Wednesday, May 1, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. Those who wish to attend may do so via Zoom or in Concert Hall.

The meeting agenda is available below and online. Reference material will be available before the meeting on the Governance page of the official Symphony Village Website (click here). The reference materials include Committee recommendations and other documents that may be considered for motions by the Board of Directors.

  3. 2024 Home Inspections – update on status of exterior home inspection by HOA Inspections USA, Inc.

New Business:

  1. 2024 Committee Members List Updates – approval of changes to membership & principals
  2. EMF 24-063 – owner req for walkway over common area between sidewalk & street w/ CC recmd
  3. Irrigation System Consultation – L&I req funds NTE $5k to consult w/ Hydro Designs/M. Krones
  4. Carolina Wren House – owner req to install wren birdhouse in common area tree bed behind home
