This is a reminder to pick up after your pets and be mindful of where they use the bathroom. Nothing ruins the aesthetic value of lush green grass like patches from pet waste. If your pet has a “favorite spot” on walks, please consider changing routes and be sure to clean up after them immediately.

The key to maintaining clean, safe, and healthy common areas and residential lots is to be considerate of your neighbors. Please avoid allowing your pets to “go” on a neighbor’s lawn and immediately clean up after your pet in any area.

Please note that pet waste baggies are to be disposed of in your trash receptacle, not in neighbors' trash cans or common area trash cans.

Additionally, please be sure your pet is leashed at all times outside the home or outside of an invisible fence. Pets should not be permitted to roam freely.
