3. Indoor Pool & Spa Referb – Ops recmd proposal from Anchor Aquatics for $36,310 + cleaning
4. Stormwater Pond Mgt Contract – Ops recmd contract w/ Lake Source LLC for $380/month
5. Clubhouse Trash Collection Contract – BOD to review proposals (x3) for new dumpster service

1. 2024 Committee Membership Lists (Updated) – approval of new members & principals, if appl.
2. Hazard Tree Removal – L&I recmd removal of 2 perimeter trees by Bartlett Tree for $4,770
3. Interior Design Consultation Cont’d – Ops recmd release of $3k for consultation re: CH Lobby
4. Purchase $125k CD – B&F recmd to reinvest funds & purchase a $125k CD via Fidelity Investments
