Clubhouse & Amenity Use Activity Request Forms for the 2nd quarter of 2024 due ASAP

Greetings Symphony Village Residents:

The Management Office is asking for the submission of Activity Request Forms to be submitted immediately for the 2nd quarter of 2024, April 1st - July 31st

All Groups (Except Committees) need to submit an Activity Request Form (ARF) to reserve space in the Clubhouse and amenities for their activities once every quarter.

Once the ARF is received, Management will put your activity on the community calendar and ensure that the room or area is available accordingly.

Please reserve space now if you are planning on using the Clubhouse or taking advantage of the amenities ( including outdoor amenities).

Residents can find the ARF online by going to the homepage of the official Symphony Village Website or by clicking here.

A hard copy of the Activity Request Form can be downloaded by clicking here and is also available at the Front Desk in the Clubhouse. Residents can submit their hard copy Activity Request Form to the Management Office either in person at the Front Desk; by emailing agm@PROTECTED; or by fax to 410.758.8509.
