Dear Symphony Village Residents:

Montgomery Irrigation is tentatively scheduled to be onsite starting next week, from Tuesday, March 19 to Friday, March 22, to begin filling the irrigation system with water. As such, please do not be alarmed if you observe the irrigation system running near your home.

This is the preliminary start-up and Montgomery Irrigation will be monitoring the system closely for leaks, broken irrigation heads, and any other issues as the system fills with water. Please note that all heads and irrigation zones may not work as they should during the preliminary start-up next week. The areas will be noted and Montgomery Irrigation will begin repairing any minor leaks, broken heads, etc. over the next several weeks.

At a later date, following the preliminary system start-up and repairs, residents are provided with an opportunity to view the plant bed and turf zones running on their property during a conveniently scheduled timeframe. Each zone will run for approximately five (5) minutes. Residents can report any issues or concerns they see to the Management office. This is referred to as the “irrigation audit.” After the audit, any remaining repairs and adjustments will be completed. Then, regular programs will run and the irrigation season will be underway.
