The next Board of Directors Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, March 6, 2024, at 10 am. Those who wish to attend may do so by Zoom or in person in Concert Hall.

The reference materials include Committee recommendations and other documents that may be considered for motions by the Board of Directors.

a. Flagpole/Water Meter Antenna Agreement – no update; awaiting ToC final draft outlining responsibilities

b. Saltwater Chlorination Pool Conversion – discuss conversion or alternative to improve the environment

c. Indoor Pool Referb RFP – Ops to review proposals to replace tile, coping, plaster & grates in Mar

a. 2024 Committee Membership Lists (Updated) – approval of new members & principals, if appl.

b. Stormwater Pond Mgt/Maint Contract RFP – Mgt awaiting proposals for Ops review per BOD req

c. Clubhouse Trash Collection Contract RFP – Mgt awaiting bids for Board review for dumpster service

d. 2024 Home Inspections – BOD considering a proposal for exterior inspections by a third-party vendor

e. Community Benches – Ops recommended purchase of benches (3) for various locations for cost NTE $3k

f. Bluebird House – Owner request to install a bluebird house in the common area behind 105 Symphony Way
