Subject: FREE Fitness Room Orientation Sessions

Greetings Symphony Village Residents,

The Association’s contractor, RMS Fitness Equipment Services, will be holding orientation sessions in the Clubhouse Fitness Center on the following dates and times.

  • Wednesday, March 6 at 4 pm
  • Wednesday, March 6 at 6 pm
  • Wednesday, March 13 at 10 am

All experience levels are welcome to attend. The sessions are being held free of charge and will be limited to approximately 10 residents per session. If there is an overwhelming interest, additional sessions can be scheduled.

To attend, please sign up in the Clubhouse Wall Street Room no later than Friday, March 6.

Please read below for a list of topics to be covered in each orientation session, such as a description of each piece of equipment, what each piece is used for, and how to use each piece of equipment.
