Winter/ Holiday guests and the Clubhouse

Greeting Symphony Village Residents;

It's officially the winter holiday season and many of you have guests coming to visit during this time of year. We wanted to send out a reminder, to newer and older residents of the community regarding the clubhouse rules and regulations; found HERE, or a hard copy may be obtained from the clubhouse front desk management staffers.

 

Most importantly;

* All guests must be accompanied by the homeowner while using the clubhouse amenities, including the pool, fitness room, and billiards room.

* No jumping or diving into the pool by anyone. 

* No children under the age of 19 are allowed in the hot tub/spa at any time. Please read the instructional signs on the indoor pool walls.

Also

*a reminder during cold and flu season to wipe down the fitness room equipment after every use.
