Class on Flexibility & Safety - Saturday, September 16 at 10 AM
Afternoon Symphony Villagers.
Please join us in the Concert Hall of the Symphony Village Clubhouse on Saturday,
September 16 from 10 AM to 11 AM.
Our own Gary Fookes (10th Degree Tae Kwon Do Black Belt) will be discussing and explaining stretching techniques to promote improved flexibility and overall health.
No sign up necessary.
Simply come to the Symphony Village Concert Hall dressed in loose comfortable clothing.
*part of the stretching session will consist of lying on the floor. Feel free to bring a yoga mat if this is an issue for you.
** For those of you that have an issue with lying on the floor and getting up, chairs will be provided if you would like participate in the stretching while seated in a chair.
