Attention Symphony Villagers: Charcuterie Board Making Class

Come and make a Charcuterie Board - Learn how to make an artful culinary delight that can be enjoyed with a bottle of wine, given as a gift, or for a picnic.

When: Sunday, April 23rd at 2 PM 

Where: Club House Ballroom

Cost: $40.00 Includes 11x14 wood board, meats, cheeses, jams, herbs, fruit, bread, crackers, and more.

You will leave with a full board carefully wrapped for travel home or wherever you choose to enjoy it.

Deadline: Thursday, April 19 use the sign-up sheet in Wall Street Room and use the labeled lockbox to pre-pay. Payment in advance is needed due to ordering boards and the high cost of the items being used.
