Greetings Symphony Village Residents:
The Management Office is asking for the submission of Activity Request Forms to be submitted immediately for the 2nd quarter of 2023, April - June.
All Groups need to submit an Activity Request Form (A.R.F.) in order to reserve space in the Clubhouse and/or amenities for their activities once every quarter. (Committees do not need to submit quarterly)
Once the A.R.F. is received, Management will put your activity on the community calendar and ensure that the room or area is available accordingly.
Please reserve space now if you are planning on using the Clubhouse or taking advantage of the amenities.
Residents can find the A.R.F online by going to the homepage of the official Symphony Village Website or by clicking here.
A hard copy of the Activity Request Form can be downloaded by clicking here and is also available on the credenza in the Clubhouse Wallstreet Room. Residents can submit their hard copy Activity Request Form to the Management Office either in person at the Front Desk; by emailing agm@PROTECTED; or by fax to 410.758.8509.
