Greetings Symphony Village Residents: Due to last week's rainy weather, Level Green Landscaping is scheduled to complete a Spring cleanup of common areas, residential lots, and front beds, Monday, February 20th, Tuesday, February 21st, The Spring cleanup will consist of the following services: - Removal of leaves, debris, and trash from all areas.
- The cutting back of specific plants in the common area and residential front beds (Roses, Spirea, Ornamental Grasses, Liriope, and perennials such as Day Lilies, Sedum, Black Eyed Susan, Geraniums, Salvia, Nepeta, Russian Sage, and Astilbe).
- Policing grounds for branches and twigs from overwintering damage.
- Clean up and/or cut back ornamental grasses and any fallen debris around pond areas and hillsides.
Shrub pruning will be scheduled for a later date at an appropriate time in the season. Please note that multiple landscaping crews will be working throughout the community on the dates above. If your property or the surrounding common area is not addressed immediately, please be patient. The crews make their way through the community over the three-day period. If you submitted an Opt-Out Form for 2023, your plants will NOT be cut back during the Spring cleanup. Level Green Landscaping will remove leaves and debris from beds only. They will not cut back Roses, Spirea, Ornamental Grasses, Liriope, perennials such as Day Lilies, Sedum, Black Eyed Susan, Geraniums, Salvia, Nepeta, Russian Sage, and Astilbe or any other seasonally appropriate plant material. A tall pink flag will be placed in or near the front plant bed on or before the start of service. The pink flag will notify Level Green Landscaping crews that you have opted out and not to cut back any plant material. Notice will be sent for any scheduling changes.
