Clubhouse Coffee and Hot Drink Bar Support!

The SV Coffee Bar Committee hopes you are all enjoying the resident-supported hot drink set up next to the regular bar!

The cost to operate this amenity which started in 2015 has always been borne by our residents; there are no HOA funds used for this. At $1.00 per cup, this may be the only thing you can still buy that hasn’t increased in price over 8 years!

Your $1.00 per cup covers coffee or tea – regular or decaf; hot chocolate or hot apple cider kcups. We also supply hot drink cups, various sugars, powdered creamer, and even stirrers.

Please enjoy and remember to financially support our efforts to keep this afloat!
