The Board of Directors voted to approve the 2023 Budget for Symphony Village HOA on Wednesday, December 7, 2022 as proposed. The operating budget for Symphony Village HOA not only outlines the Association's operating costs for the year but also sets the amount of your monthly assessments and annual reserve contribution.

The 2023 assessment amount will be $260 per month, a $30 increase from the current monthly assessments. The 2023 operating budget is available for viewing and download on the Financials & Budgets page of the official community website or by clicking here.

This is a reminder that assessment payments are due on the first of each month and you have several options for payment. ProCom Management will be issuing payment coupons for 2023 via postal mail to all homeowners but the best way to pay your assessments is to enroll in ProCom’s recurring ACH debit program. It’s free and secure, and once enrolled, your payments will be automatically deducted from your linked bank account each payment period in perpetuity. The application to sign up for ProCom’s ACH debit program can be found on their homeowner portal: https://procom.cincwebaxis.com. Under the Pay Assessments menu, select Sign Up for ACH Debit.

IF you have already signed up for ProCom’s ACH debit program, NO action is needed. The payment amount will automatically update.

Payments can also be made via e-check, credit card, or via your bank’s bill pay service. IF you choose to use one of these payment methods, please be sure to contact your bank or log-in and update the payment amount to $260. The new payment amount WILL NOT automatically update without action by the homeowner.

Payments can also be made by handwritten checks using the payment coupon booklet. IF you choose to make payments this way, please be sure to follow the mailing instructions enclosed with the coupon booklet. You should receive the booklet no later than the first of the year.
