TONIGHT!! TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 29, 2022 5:30 Night of Lights Activities
Come bundled up to gather OUTSIDE in front of the Clubhouse. We are making this
more of an event this year. Plan to be outside for 20-30 minutes enjoying music by
some of the Queen Anne’s Choral Group and some sing-alongs to get us in the mood
for the Holiday Season. We will be serving the following outside. Hot Chocolate
with your choice of adding whip cream, marshmallows, and/or two spiked options.
In addition, we will have some yummy Mini Muffins to hold you over for our Soups
Extraordinaire. Of course, our Symphony Village Santa will start us all in the
countdown to Light the Clubhouse and entrance into our community. There will be
tickets handed out to all who attend the Night of Lights portion of our evening with
a Raffle at the end prior to the Soup Supper for all who chose to attend the Night of
Lights and brave the outdoors. You must be present at the time of the raffle to win
a prize. 6:00 Soup Supper Begins
We will open access to all seating areas and begin serving soup, salad, and bread. If
you come early you may join us outside and enjoy the Night of Lights activity or
socialize in the Bar area. 7:00 Dessert Begins
The dessert Room will be open for all to enjoy. 8:00 Cleanup
Cleanup will begin in all eating areas. If you brought soup or dessert please get your
items and put them in your car. If you need assistance our cleanup committee is
ready and willing to help you. We are looking for volunteers to help in the kitchen, set up the clubhouse,
serve soup, monitor the serving tables, clean up, etc. If you wish to volunteer
please sign up on the Volunteer List in the YELLOW binder in the Wall Street
Room. Our Captains will pull from this list as needed. If you have any questions
