Symphony Village Residents,

Due to the forecasted rain, Second Wind Contracting has adjusted the sidewalk replacement schedule. Sidewalk replacement work is now scheduled for Thursday, November 17, Friday, November 18, Monday, November 21 and Tuesday, November 22 in ALL remaining areas identified for replacement.

On Thursday, November 17 and Friday, November 18 the contractor will be focusing on the removal of the existing sidewalk blocks and securing the areas with temporary fencing.

The contractor is scheduled to return on Monday, November 21 to pour concrete and Tuesday, November 22 to remove the temporary fencing and address any disturbed turf.

SONATA WAY: 110, 113, 133, 146, 150

AROUND THE CLUBHOUSE: front circle sidewalk in multiple places, as well as bike rack, front parking lot ramp

HARMONY WAY: 130, 150, 154, 502, 822

ORCHESTRA PLACE: 159, 231

ENCORE COURT: 138, 114

OVERTURE WAY: 110, 325, 354, 364,

SYMPHONY WAY: 173

This is a reminder that all vehicles must be off the street by 7:00 a.m. around the areas identified for replacement on the dates noted above. It is recommended that vehicles be parked inside the garage or on another street while the work is taking place. If it is not possible to relocate the vehicle, please park as close to the garage door as possible during this time. Vehicles may be returned after 6:00 p.m.

The sidewalk replacements should not impact traffic but please be mindful of trucks, equipment, and crew members in the corresponding areas. If you are a walker or runner please be advised of these areas to avoid as the sidewalks will be inaccessible.

Notice will be sent for any scheduling changes.
