This is a reminder that Second Wind Contracting will be onsite replacing sidewalk blocks in various locations throughout the community starting Monday, November 14, weather permitting. Please see below for additional information.

Sidewalk replacements will be completed over an approximately seven (7) day period. The projected dates the crew will be working on specific streets are listed below. The areas are also marked by yellow squares on the map below.

SONATA WAY & AROUND THE CLUBHOUSE:
Monday, November 14, Tuesday, November 15 & Wednesday, November 16

SONATA WAY: 110, 113, 133, 146, 150

AROUND THE CLUBHOUSE: front circle sidewalk in multiple places, as well as bike rack, front parking lot ramp, tennis court bench area

HARMONY WAY & ORCHESTRA PLACE:
Thursday, November 17 & Friday, November 18

HARMONY WAY: 130, 150, 154, 502, 822

ORCHESTRA PLACE: 159, 231

ENCORE COURT, OVERTURE WAY & SYMPHONY WAY:
Monday, November 21 & Tuesday, November 22

ENCORE COURT: 138, 114

OVERTURE WAY: 110, 325, 354, 364,

SYMPHONY WAY: 173

All vehicles need to be off the street by 7:00 a.m. on the day(s) the sidewalk replacement is scheduled in your area. It is recommended that vehicles be parked inside the garage or on another street while the work is taking place. If it is not possible to relocate the vehicle, please park as close to the garage door as possible during this time. Vehicles may be returned after 6:00 p.m.

The sidewalk replacements should not impact traffic but please be mindful of trucks, equipment, and crew members in the corresponding areas. If you are a walker or runner please be advised of these areas to avoid as the sidewalks will be inaccessible.

Notice will be sent for any scheduling changes.
