This is a reminder that the Board of Directors will vote on the proposed 2023 Operating Budget during the hybrid Board meeting scheduled for December 7, 2022 at 6pm. Hard copies of the budget are now available in the Clubhouse at the front desk and as you enter the Wall Street room. The operating budget for Symphony Village HOA not only outlines the Association’s operating costs for the year but also sets the amount of your monthly assessments and annual reserve contribution.
The Board is proposing a monthly assessment of $260 per month in 2023. This would be a $30 increase compared to the current assessment amount of $230 which has been in place for 9 years. Unfortunately, much higher vendor and materials costs as well as a state mandate to increase the Reserve funding has led to this proposed increase.
