Whoever took coat tag # 8 please reach out to Rochelle, Terri or Linda,  at the phone numbers below, with your name to add to the sign up sheet.

2022 Guidelines for the Sneakers Giving Tree

SNEAKERS has participated in Queen Anne’s County Adopt A Family program for many years. The 6 feeder schools for our high school give us the information for a particular family’s

children. We do not know the name of the families but we know the first name of the children, their sizes, etc. The school counselors choose the children that we buy for.

The tags for the Giving Tree are on display in the Clubhouse Lobby.

Our Giving Tree ornament tags describe the item, size, etc for each child whose information we have been given.

The directions for purchasing/ wrapping and returning the gifts to the clubhouse will be on a GREEN piece of paper located next to the Giving Tree.

Also, if possible, we would appreciate it if you could include an age-appropriate book with your present.

  1. IF YOU TAKE AN ORANGE COAT TAG, please RETURN the wrapped coat to the Wall Street Room by NOVEMBER 29th. Make sure the information tag is attached. The coats will be delivered to the schools that week. We will have a sign-in sheet for you to let us know which coat you took. That makes it easier for us to keep track of the inventory.

IF YOU CHOSE AN ITEM BESIDES THE COAT, THE DEADLINE FOR THOSE ITEMS TO BE RETURNED IS SUNDAY, DECEMBER 11TH.

If you would rather contribute money, please make your check payable to Symphony Sneakers and drop it in the small locked box in the Wall Street Room. If you would rather give cash, please put it in an envelope and give the cash to Linda or Bob Farrar, 118 Sonata Way by Tuesday, December 1st. Do not put cash in the locked box.

All funds received will be used for gifts not selected, food certificates, and /or emergency services for those families during the winter.

Any questions, please contact Rochelle Ray (410-591-1491), Terri O’Connell (443-928-3368), or Linda Farrar (410-758-8744)

Thank you for your support.
