The Lifestyle Committee is pleased to present the Queen Anne's County Area Agency on Aging to our Villagers on Monday, October 24th at 1:00 pm at the Clubhouse. Please join us to learn about all the services provided.
The Queen Anne’s County Area Agency on Aging has the Maryland Access Point, MAP is the link to information and assistance for aging adults and individuals with disabilities in Queen Anne’s County. Our goal is to assist seniors with information about services so they may age in place. The Area Agency on Aging assists with the application process for:
- Medicare Part D Comparison
- Home Delivered Meals
- Senior Centers
- County Transportation
- Ombudsman
- Home Owners Tax Credit application
- Referral to Veteran’s Administration Services
- Caregiver’s Support
And more
