PLEASE REGISTER FOR PROCOM’S HOMEOWNER PORTAL

 

If you haven’t already done so, please register for ProCom’s homeowner portal at https://procom.cincwebaxis.com. Once registered and signed in, you can view your account history and pay assessments, update your profile and contact information, access association information, and contact management. More features will likely be added in the coming months.

 

The more homeowners that register for the portal, the more Symphony Village can reduce mailing costs. This is especially true for the recently amended governing documents, which after being recorded in land records, must be sent to every homeowner. At 63+ pages, it will cost approximately $5.22 + postage per packet mailed via USPS. And at 395 homes, this would cost the association more than $3,000. The Board is trying to significantly reduce that cost by sending the packet electronically to as many homeowners as possible.
