Greetings Symphony Village Residents,

As you may be aware, the onsite staff became employees of Procom Management on July 1, 2022. As part of the transition, the onsite staff has a standing virtual appointment with Procom for onboarding exercises, software lessons and internal process training on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. through September.

All or some onsite staff members may not be available during this timeframe. If staff is unavailable at the front desk, residents are encouraged to send an email, leave a voicemail or a note, or follow up later.
