Turf Mowing Information

Greetings,

Level Green Landscaping is on-site today Tuesday, July 12, to mow areas that have dried out enough since the rain over the weekend. Many areas in the community, specifically in between homes, were still too wet to mow yesterday and will be mowed today.  However, some areas remain extremely saturated and Level Green Landscaping will use their discretion on whether mowing would cause damage/leave ruts or bare areas.

If mowing is not completed today in an area around your home the turf is too wet and the area will be mowed during the next mowing visit. The next mowing is tentatively scheduled for next Wednesday, July 20, weather permitting.  

If your turf was damaged yesterday due to ground saturation and dirt/bare ground is showing, please submit a work order by clicking here. Please provide the locations and attached photos if possible and Management will notify the on-site landscaping crew accordingly.

If “muddy” tracks are visible in the turf around your home, please kindly be patient as the brown color will disappear with time.
