This is a reminder that the upcoming Special Meeting of the Members is for scheduled for Wednesday, July 13, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. The purpose of the meeting is to vote on the proposed amendments to the Association's Articles of Incorporation, Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions and Bylaws (together “Governing Documents”).

The meeting agenda and additional information regarding the proposed amendments to the Governing Documents is available on the Governance page of the official Symphony Village Website (click here).

All Proxy Ballots must be submitted prior to the beginning of the 5:00 p.m. meeting on Wednesday, July 13, 2022. It is critical that you complete all portions of the three (3) page Proxy Ballot and return it to the Management Office by the start of the special meeting.

If you wish to attend in-person, please join the Board in Concert Hall on Wednesday, July 13, 2022. All are encouraged to come early as homeowners attending the meeting must sign-in prior to 5:00 p.m. Please note that sign-in will begin at 4:15 p.m.

Hot dogs, pizza, chips and cookies will be provided after the meeting.
