Greetings Symphony Village Residents,

Bartlett Tree is scheduled to excavate the root collars of thirty-four (34) common area street trees along Orchestra Place and the corners of Opera Court and Harmony Way where they meet Orchestra Place on Thursday, June 16 and Friday, June 17, weather permitting. The locations where the work will take place are outlined in red on the map below.

To facilitate treatment, please move vehicles off the street along Orchestra Place and the corners of Opera Court and Harmony Way where they meet Orchestra Place by 7:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 16, and Friday, June 17. It’s important that vehicles are not parked close to the trees as this work has the potential for dirt and dust to land on nearby vehicles. As such, please park your vehicle(s) inside the garage or on another street while the work is taking place. If it is not possible to relocate the vehicle, please park as close to the garage door as possible during this time. Vehicles may be returned after 4:30 p.m.

Please note that a buried root collar is a serious health issue for a tree or shrub. The root collar excavation work is being completed to improve the health and longevity of the trees.
