Symphony Village Residents:
This is a reminder that the Board of Directors is considering a full-service contract with Professional Community Management, Inc. (“ProCom”). ProCom is an accredited community association management company with offices in Millersville, MD.
The Association has contracted with ProCom for the administration of select financial services for several years, which they would continue in a full-service contract. The financial services they currently provide include the collection and processing of monthly HOA fee payments, issuing checks to vendors, producing monthly financial reports, maintaining financial records for annual audit and tax purposes and more. If the Board approves the full-service proposal, ProCom would absorb the current staff members and provide additional oversight of projects and policy implementation.

The Zoom Town Hall meeting on Wednesday, January 19, 2022 at 1:30pm is an informational session for residents on this potential change. Scott Davis, the owner of ProCom, will present the benefits of having a full-service management company. You will hear about what services they can provide. The mechanics of, and how daily operations could change, will be discussed as well as costs to the association. You will have an opportunity to ask questions of Scott and the Board.

The floor will be open for resident feedback, questions or comments after introductory comments are made.
