Subject: Landscape Services & Turf Application #1

Greetings Symphony Village Residents:

The first chemical application to the common and residential turf will continue in Zone One, today, Thursday, March 25^th. The crews will be using small equipment only, backpacks and push spreaders, due to the wet conditions. Also, please note that Level Green Landscaping will be mulching the community entrances and common areas around the Clubhouse. Edging services will not continue today but are tentatively scheduled to resume tomorrow, Friday, March 26^th.

The application will continue being conducted over a four (4) day period. Application zones outlined in red, blue, purple and orange on the map below correspond with each of the four (4) days. The application of the treatment will be conducted in one (1) zone each day and is tentatively scheduled as follows:

DAY ONE (RED): Thursday, March 25^th    

DAY TWO (BLUE): Friday, March 26^th

DAY THREE (PURPLE): Monday, March 29^th

DAY FOUR (ORANGE): Tuesday, March 30^th

Please note that this is the first chemical application in the 2021 Landscape Service Contract. As such, it is a combination of fertilizer, weed and pre-emergent treatment. The application will be both granular and liquid. Areas will be flagged as the treatment is applied. The flags will be removed in a timely manner to indicate the areas in which the treatment has fully absorbed. Please note that the unflagged areas may be utilized to walk pets until the treatment has fully absorbed. Chemical Information Sheets are available to residents upon request.

To avoid chemical overspray, Level Green Landscaping will not apply the treatment if the wind speed is over five (5) miles per hour. They will also be taking additional considerations such as using new machinery and applying a granular treatment close to the homes.

Please note that the dates are pending weather conditions. Mulching of the residential front beds is tentatively scheduled for the week of April 5^th.
