Symphony Village Residents:

Bartlett Tree will be pruning street trees and common area trees in multiple areas throughout the community starting today, Wednesday, March 10^th. Please see below for additional information.

The pruning will be completed over approximately four (4) days. The areas outlined in yellow, red, orange and purple on the map below correspond with each of the four (4) days. Time and weather permitting, the trees along one (1) street will be pruned each day. The pruning is tentatively scheduled for the following dates:

ORCHESTRA PLACE (YELLOW): Wednesday, March 10th

HARMONY WAY (RED): Thursday, March 11th

OVERTURE WAY (ORANGE): Friday, March 12^th

CLUBHOUSE PARKING LOT & COMMON AREA (PURPLE): Monday, March 15^th

All vehicles need to be off the street by 7:00 a.m. on the day the pruning is scheduled along your street. It is recommended that vehicles be parked inside the garage or on another street while the work is taking place. If it is not possible to relocate the vehicle, please park as close to the garage door as possible during this time. Vehicles may be returned after 4:30 p.m.

Please do not use the parking lot on the right side of the Clubhouse from 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Monday, March 15^th.

The tree work will not impact traffic but please be mindful of trucks and crew members in the corresponding areas.

The pruning will help to improve the longevity and the overall health of the trees. Notification will be sent for any scheduling changes.
