Greetings Symphony Village Residents,

As you may be aware, at their last meeting, the Board approved the installation of replacement flooring in the Management office. The installation will take two (2) days and is tentatively scheduled for next week on Thursday, March 11^th and Friday, March 12^th. In order to facilitate and prepare for the work, please note the schedule and operational adjustments detailed below:

• Monday, March 8^th; Tuesday, March 9^th; & Wednesday, March 10^th
  • The entire Clubhouse will be open for residents’ normal use.
  • Residents are asked to reserve in-person business and non-urgent phone calls/emails for the afternoon between 1:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. when Management Staff will be available.
  • Staff hours from 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. will be reserved for internal administrative tasks.
• Thursday, March 11^th and Friday, March 12^th
  *CLUBHOUSE CLOSURE* (see below)
  • Only the Indoor Pool, Locker Rooms and Fitness Center will be open. All other areas of the Clubhouse will be closed.
  • Staff will be available by phone for residents who require assistance between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Please keep in mind that staff will have access to digital resources only.
