Symphony Village Residents:

As you may be aware, the Board approved John D. Hynes and Associates to take twelve (12) core samples evaluating the conditions of the asphalt in the parking lots around the Clubhouse. The purpose of the parking lot evaluation is to determine the useful life expectancy/maintenance recommendations for the asphalt. The work is taking place today, Friday, February 26^th until approximately 4:00 p.m., weather permitting. This should not affect the ingress or egress of the parking lots but please be mindful of the crews at work.

The areas where the samples are taken will be clearly marked by the crew and are shown on the map below. The contractor will backfill and seal each location after the core sample is retrieved. Residents will be able to drive over those areas immediately. Please try and park at least three (3) spaces away from where the core samples are to be taken.

Please note, in order to acquire the samples, the contractor will be moving from one area to the next in a pick-up truck, drilling into the designated areas indicated on the map below:
