Spa Heater Update

Greetings Symphony Village Residents,

As some of you may be aware, the heater servicing the Spa failed in early January of 2021. As a result, the Board approved the acquisition of a new Spa Heater.

Unfortunately, due to factors beyond our control, the lead time to deliver the new Spa Heater to the pool maintenance contractor has been extended to mid-March. Major distributors and more than thirty-five (35) branches nationwide were contacted in an effort to locate a replacement heater.

The Spa will remain out of service until the new heater can be installed and deemed to be functioning properly. The Board and Management recognize that the situation is less than ideal and will continue to update the community as additional information becomes available.
