SPA HEATER UPDATE

Greetings Symphony Village Residents,

As some of you may be aware, the heater servicing the Spa failed recently and has reached the end of its lifespan. As a result, the Board took an emergency electronic vote to approve the acquisition of the new Spa Heater on Friday, January 8th.

Major distributors and more than thirty-five (35) branches nationwide were contacted in an effort to locate a replacement heater. Due to factors beyond our control, the lead time for the new Spa Heater to be delivered to the pool maintenance contractor is six (6) to eight (8) weeks. The contractor is currently obtaining the necessary permit for the work and will schedule installation immediately upon delivery.

The Spa will remain out of service until the new heater can be installed and deemed to be functioning properly. The Board and Management recognize that the situation is less than ideal and will continue to update the community as additional information becomes available.
