Please be advised that the Management office is still accepting Activity Request Forms for the first quarter of 2021, January 1st – March 31st. If you have not done so already, please remember to fill out your Activity Request Form in order to reserve space for activities in the Clubhouse and/or amenities.
The form for activities is available online by going to the homepage of the official Symphony Village website or by clicking here.
A hard copy of the Activity Request Form can be downloaded by clicking here and is also available at the Front Desk in the Clubhouse. Residents can submit their hard copy Activity Request Form to the Management office either in-person at the Front Desk; by emailing ea@PROTECTED ; or, by fax to 410-758-8509.
