Walking Path Closure

Symphony Village Residents,

As you may be aware, on October 23rd the Board of Directors voted unanimously to close a section of the asphalt walking path until repairs can be completed. Because the walking path is an easement and not located within the Symphony Village property lines, the Board’s decision was contingent on guidance from the Attorney. The Attorney indicated that the Association has the authority to close the path, thus, the closure is effective immediately in accordance with the motion approved by the Board. The portion of the walking path that is closed is across the bridge and is indicated by signage and caution tape.

Please note that Association is currently in the process of obtaining proposals to repair the path. Additional information as it relates to the timeframe for the repair work is forthcoming.
